Get a single plan by ID

Access: Requires DISTRIBUTOR actor type

Returns details for a specific plan by its MongoDB ObjectId. The plan must be visible to the authenticated distributor.

Visibility:

  • Returns 404 if plan doesn't exist or doesn't belong to the distributor (prevents enumeration)

Requires JWT authentication and 'partners:plans:read' scope.
